We recently listed and sold our home with Diana Kopecky in Plano Texas and couldn’t be happier! Diana walked through our home, suggested a minor change and staging to obtain top dollar for our home. She knew the market for our home and area extremely well. Her eye for staging the home to  hi-light its size and unique features and attract the most potential buyers was incredible. Diana is definitely my realtor for life. With her expertise she found my perfect first house in a great neighborhood when I was still a young single mom and did not have many resources. I felt protected in my decisions as she guided me through the process. When my family grew through marriage,  she helped me sell my first home and buy a new home for my expanding family that kept my new husband’s girls and my son in their same schools. We literally had a choice of a couple of neighborhoods, needing a four bedroom home within a low budget and Diana pulled off yet another miracle. Then as my last child graduated high school and it was time to move closer to work, Diana went above and beyond patiently helping us get the house ready for sell. She assisted with everything from landscaping, painting, and decorating help. She even came over and helped instruct our landscape workers in the rain! Our house never went on the market, the painter that Diana set us up with, actually wanted to buy it prior to it going on the market. Because they were buying as rent house, we were able to lease back until we found a new house to buy. When buying our new house, the market was such that houses were selling within hours. The house we wanted had multiple offers but Diana was able to negotiate so that we actually won the bid. She even helped us at the inspection for every house and walk throughs. My husband and I are first time home owners, and that is a HUGE thanks to Diana! She treated us like we were her own family. We had a very hard time finding a home within our loan amount. My husband started a new business so our budget was very small for the housing market. We fought and fought in  this hot market with Diana by our side every step of the way to find a home. I had the most pleasant experience working with Diana. Our requirements were pretty difficult and were very narrow. Diana still managed to find an awesome home for us. The process of buying a home can be quite overwhelming that too for a first time home buyer (like me). She managed to educate me in the process and ensure the decision i was taking is a good one. From the moment we started talking to her about houses, she was fully engaged and passionate about helping us find the house that fit all our wants and needs. She was always available, be it by email or phone call. She did a ton of research prior to each weekend house-hunting excursion and helped point out perks and flaws that her experienced eyes noticed. When we narrowed down the search criteria to new homes, she created a spreadsheet with values and incentives for various builders in the area we wanted to be in. “We first met Diana while we were trying to sale a house lot. We fired the broker we were using because after six months we were not getting results. Diana was recommending by an architect that was providing house designs that would fit on our lot. “When we found out our family was being relocated from CT to the DFW area, we were overwhelmed because we had no idea where to start, we were expecting our 4th child in a short time which limited our ability to see homes in person, and we had some unique needs due to health conditions in our family.
